From first click to first class. My work brought in ₹1.05 Cr.

NxtWave Intensive was at risk of shutting down. I took ownership of every point where interested students were dropping out: the website, the lead form, the center visit and the sales demo. In five months, that work brought in 273 enrolments and ₹1.05 Cr in revenue.

The problem

Enrolments were falling, and all of Intensive was at risk.
The leaks were spread across the website, the form, the center and the demo.

How it fits together

Three projects, one pipeline.

I owned each point where interested students were dropping out. Together, these projects brought in 273 enrolments and ₹1.05 Cr.

These numbers cover the organic pipeline I owned, not all of Intensive. Each project page explains how its own number was measured.

In March 2025, on my own initiative, I sat through hours of sales-demo recordings. Most of the value came in the last 30 minutes of a two-hour demo, after most of the room had already left. I rebuilt the demo around the learning journey and cut it to 30 minutes.

Lead-to-qualified rate +4.36 ptsLead-to-enrolment rate +1.28 pts100% of the Intensive sales team adopted it

How this was measured. Jan–Mar vs Apr–Jun 2025. Lead-to-qualified went from 20.18% to 24.54% (+21.6% relative). Lead-to-enrolment went from 2.65% to 3.92% (+48% relative): 1,122 → 1,362 enrolments from 18% fewer leads (42,364 → 34,707). Apr–Jun includes the post-exam season, which lifts conversion every year.

Still running strong: used in every Intensive demo, more than a year later.

What I bring

Four things this work proves.

Field and data research

  • I go where the decision happens, then check it against the numbers.
  • Undercover at six competitors and our own center, conversations with students and sales, and 60 days of Google Analytics and Clarity.

Funnel thinking

  • I read the funnel before I redesign it.
  • Found that 40% of leads wanted offline classes, and that the old form lost about 30% of people at the OTP step.

I ship it myself

  • When the queue is the bottleneck, I build it.
  • Designed and built the lead form with AI in about a week. Drop-off fell to 8.63%.

Moving other teams

  • I bring evidence, not opinions.
  • Sales, ops and tech shipped 9 of 16 audit fixes, compliance first.
