I go where the decision happens, then check it against the numbers.
I’m Harish
IC. Team lead. At tables and in decisions most people at my level don't touch.
Currently,
Product designer 2 @ Nxtwave
leading the experiences of Intensive, Launchpad, Topin Tech & NIAT Student Success

I've changed how sales people talk, analysts think, developers ship & designers grow. Design was just the language I used.
Tidbit:
Long rides on my Himalayan 450
and when I'm not riding, I'm either at the gym, shooting range or deep in video games.
They brought the vision, I brought the design together, we made magic.
Most designers get a brief. I went and found mine.
Every number here has a story.

Undercover research, a new website, an AI-built lead form and a fixed center visit.
"It's a scam," said the rival's front desk.

I went undercover at rival institutes, then rebuilt our website around proof & trust.
I audited our training center with a mask.
+24.6% SR, +₹28.5L in revenue.
From the first call to the payment, every action was written down. Then I turned its best moment, a talk with a student, into a feature on the website.

The best problem I’ve solved wasn’t on any roadmap
I didn't just design for the team. I gave the team an identity.
How I work
Four habits behind every number on this page.
I read the funnel before I redesign it.
When the queue is the bottleneck, I build it.
I bring evidence, not opinions.

I've been designing for 6 years. Still asking why before how.
Started at ProdX, sharpened at SketchBrahma where I contracted with Ather and MediBuddy & spent the last few years going deep at NxtWave, designing products that moved real numbers.
I don't identify as a growth designer or a UX designer. I identify as someone who finds the real problem and uses whatever it takes to solve it - experience, data, behaviour, narrative, or all four at once.
Looking for a product team where the problem matters more than the process.
